Miroslava Marčeková

Founder of the Musical Academy, singing teacher and opera singer. Originally, she had no intention to teach singing. But once she substituted a class, everything changed.

She taught at the ZUŠ Hálková, the church and state conservatory. She taught at the Academy of Arts in Banská Bystrica for two years. Her biggest success is her students, of which she has plenty, not only in Slovakia but also abroad. She fondly recalls her experience with legendary director Jožek Bednárik. She took part in dozens of amazing performances, including Dracula, Rocky Horror Show, The Prince and the Evening Star, or Romeo and Juliet. Her portfolio is really broad. She follows the motto: don't hurt anyone and spread happiness, and that's exactly how Mirka is not only privately but also professionally. With joy and love for singing, she passes on her rich experience to her other students. In addition to her experience and high-quality singing technique, everyone will find a good portion of luck and joy not only in singing but also in themselves. Mirka is just walking-talking energy that emanates from every corner. You just have to love the lessons with Mirka.
