Thanks to dancing in heels we can express our femininity and gain self-confidence. It's a great dance for building strength, flexibility and better posture. She believes the classes will make you feel like you're in a Chris Brown or Usher video clip. The music played during the classes will be primarily R'n'B. Of course, there will also be some female classics like “Fallin” by Alicia Keys and even some hip-hop songs. There will be no lack of variety during our classes.
