This style is characterized by dynamic dance elements set to rhythmic songs that are also popular on Instagram and TikTok. It is a fusion style that combines traditional African dances with Latin influences (Salsa, Reggaeton, Samba, and others).

The focus is mainly on body isolation, bounce, and rhythm, with less emphasis on strict execution of steps. The movement of the hips, chest, and a confident feminine expression embody the uniqueness of the rhythm. Elements from the class can be easily used in choreographies, freestyling, social media videos, or even at a party with friends.

In addition to technique, endorphins, and new dance moves, the instructor’s goal is to help women relax, let go, and fully enjoy the joy of movements we naturally carry within us but are often afraid to express openly.
