Natália welcomes you to class with always excellently prepared training that will make you sweat but also give you a ton of fun. Fit Body can always surprise you thanks to the imagination of our Natalia. They say, it's better to experience once than hear it a hundred times, so don't hesitate to join us. During training, your own body weight and any other strengthening aids (dumbbells, fitness balls, rubber bands) are used for strengthening. Exercise has a positive effect on the body's metabolism, which not only leads to fat loss but also helps to build muscle.
