Flexibility classes aim to increase your joint mobility and muscle flexibility. If you feel like your current movement patterns are preventing you from moving more freely, more flexibly, you feel like your muscles are stiff and shortened, you've come to the right place. Likewise, the classes are a great complement to other dance disciplines. In the classes, we mainly focus on building ranges in the front and middle splits, forward bends and back bends.
