Mia is an active yoga teacher and focuses mainly on Vinyasa Flow Yoga, where she combines individual yoga positions with the breath, creating creative yoga sequences that enrich your yoga practice and awaken pleasant warmth and energy in the body. She focuses on strength as well as flexible positions and breathing techniques. The final savasana is supported by aromatherapy, allowing you to not only relax your body but also your mind. Whether you are a curious beginner or an advanced yogi, there is something for everyone.
