More about the instructorFunctional Stability in Motion
This group exercise is based on the principles of developmental kinesiology and the DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization) method, focusing on restoring the body’s natural movement patterns. The foundation lies in activating the deep stabilization system (core muscles), which ensures spinal stability and proper posture. Through conscious breathing, participants learn to effectively engage the diaphragm and create optimal intra-abdominal pressure, which is essential for healthy movement.
The training uses positions inspired by natural human development (from lying positions to standing), stimulating the nervous system and supporting proper movement coordination. Emphasis is placed on eliminating incorrect movement habits and muscle imbalances that often lead to back pain or joint overload. The practice also develops proprioception—the ability to perceive your body in space—improving movement control, stability, and overall quality of execution. This class is suitable for anyone looking to improve posture, prevent pain, or take their physical abilities to the next level. 💪
