The Healthy Back class is suitable for everyone, regardless of experience level, who wants to support their body’s health, prevent pain, or relieve tension. The exercises focus on strengthening the deep stabilization system (core), improving posture, and developing a natural range of motion. Emphasis is placed on precise technique, mindful body awareness, and the gradual building of strength and mobility.
The class also has a calming and restorative character. It helps release accumulated tension, slow down, and create space for recovery—not only for the body, but also for the mind.
